Director of Human Resources
Olayinka Olatunbosun is the HR Director at Ringardas Nigeria Limited. As the Principal HR Strategist, he leads the entire HR Team responsible for designing and implementing robust and integrated human resource management systems. Over the years, he has been responsible for instituting HR Management systems in various organisations and currently ensures Ringardas is continually able to attract, retain and motivate high performing employees.
A seasoned HR Generalist, Olayinka started his career with SCG Consulting and later joined Kimberly Ryan Consulting as the pioneer Consultant. With over two-decade HR experience, he was responsible for the HR functions at different times in MBC International Bank, Ocean & Oil Services, Trojan Estates, Suburban Telecoms and Ancient International Limited. Prior to joining Ringardas Nigeria Limited, Olayinka was the Group General Manager, HR/Admin at the Churchgate Group.
Happily married with three children, he is an Alumnus of University of Lagos, University of Ibadan and London Business School.
